Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like AccessRA Stores to delete data associated with you, you can request deletion using one of the methods below.

Option A — Remove Access via Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  1. Go to your Facebook settings.
  2. Open Settings & privacySettingsApps and Websites.
  3. Find AccessRA Stores (or the app name shown) and click Remove.

This revokes our access token and prevents further data syncing via Meta integrations.

Option B — Request deletion from us

Send an email to support@accessra.com with the subject: “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your email address used on AccessRA Stores
  • Your store subdomain (e.g., yourstore.accessra.com)
  • What you want deleted (account only, store data, integrations data, etc.)

What we delete

Depending on your request and legal/accounting obligations, we may delete or anonymize: account details, integration tokens, linked social integration data, and other user-related data.

Processing time

Processing time Most requests are completed within 7–14 business days. If we must retain certain records for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes, we will limit access and retention to what is required.
